Make a double loop around the line

Make a loop around the line itself twice.

Step 2

Put the line through the loops

Take the tag end of the line and put it through both loops.

Step 3

Wrap around the loop 3 times

Do the previous step again, so that the line is wrapped about both loops 3 times

Step 4

Pull to tighten

Pull the line to tighten the knot.
